Our Policies- Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

SHIPPING: All shipping includes insurance and tracking information. Shipping is within the United States. All jewelry will be shipped USPS unless otherwise stated. Please read the individual listing as to the shipping details for that particular item. We usually ship items within 3 days; we will send you a message if there is a delay in shipping for any reason. **INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For International Shipping Rates and Information, please send us a message through our CONTACT FORM, and include the item you are interested in and your location. We use PayPal for convenience.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.    

REFUNDS: This is Vintage merchandise and because of that, we are unable to provide refunds.                                                                                                    

DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item is received damaged, please contact us immediately and send a photo of the damaged item, including a photo of the exterior packaging. Money back will be given upon our receipt of the damaged item. If a claim needs to be filed with the the carrier, the buyer will be responsible for filing it. Any damages must be acknowledged immediately upon receipt of package and must include all photos. If you file a claim you must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect, plus include photos of the item, and the outside and inside of the package. The shipping cost for returning an item is to be covered by the customer.
